重庆市教育评估院系重庆市编办批准设立、重庆市教育委员会管理的直属事业单位，具有独立法人资格，挂重庆市基础教育质量监测中心牌子。

    重庆市教育评估院（重庆市基础教育质量监测中心）秉承“尺、正、明、信”的院训，以开展教育评估和质量监测，促进教育事业发展为宗旨，主要负责教育评估的理论与政策研究和技术研究；开发并建设教育评估的指标体系和信息资源；拟定基础教育质量监测标准，实施基础教育质量监测工作；承担基础教育、职业教育与成人教育、高等教育的有关评估及服务工作；接受各级教育行政部门、各类教育机构和其他单位的委托，开展相应评估及服务工作；开展教育评估的相关培训、交流工作等。
             评估院下设6个中层部门：办公室、研究室、基础教育评估所、职业教育与成人教育评估所、高等教育评估所、教育质量监测与信息中心。人员编制30名。

 

Introduction of Chongqing Educational Evaluation Institute

Chongqing Educational Evaluation Institute (CEE) has independent legal personality which are set up by the Chongqing Establishment Committee permitted and subordinated by Chongqing Municipal Education Commission. It is also be Chongqing Assessment of Educational Quality.

CEE implements the institute motto: Standard, integrity ，public ，credibility , whose object is to carry out the educational evaluation and the quality detection and promote education development. Its primary responsibilities include：researching the educational evaluation theory、 policy and engineering; developing and constructing the indicator system and the information resource about the educational evaluation; drawing up the standards and implements the elementary education quality monitoring; undertaking the elementary education、the vocational and adult education, the higher education's related evaluations and services; developing the corresponding evaluation which is accepted by all levels of the education administrative department and each kind of educational institution and other unit's request; Develops educational evaluation training、exchanging and so on.

CEE contents six departments: office, laboratory, elementary education evaluation agency, the vocational and adult education evaluation agency, higher education evaluation agency, and education quality monitor and message center. It has 30 personnel organization.
